With commitment.
During marathon training I was doing surprisingly well with training. And then I had a little injury. And then mentally I said 'screw it.' It was the right decision.
Then I made a wrong decision. I just kind of quit. I halfheartedly committed to a FANTASTIC XTERRA series, even signed up for race #1. And then I didn't go for a run. I didn't even go for a walk. I went to a couple (only 2) dance classes. Fortunately, after a week of tonsil nonsense I made another smart decision...I did NOT go and run a 10k in the woods!
So, this mama needs a goal and I need a little help.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

I think you need to do a 100 mile race through the desert, or climb K2. You can always build from there. :)
Find a 13.1 in the late winter or early spring. Seems you have that distance down pretty good, and maybe you can go for another p.r.
